- Every case represents someone’s suffering, and that’s not something I’m inclined to sit back and watch
- I’ve always been gung-ho about my work, and as I’ve said, it’s the now that truly matters
- Still, if you’re curious to know what fueled the fire that is my legal practice, I can tell you that it started with a car wreck
- When I was a kid, a young, inexperienced driver slid into our vehicle on an icy road, and my mother ended up paying the price
- To this day, her injuries continue to affect certain aspects of her life
- I decided at an early age that I wanted to help people going through the same thing
- My Perspective on Personal Injury The unfortunate truth is that accidents do happen
- I understand this fact all too well, and I practice law in Minnesota, which is a no-fault state
- As a result, my focus isn’t so much on punishing the at-fault party as it is aiding the victim of injury
