- In 2018, Jon moved to the defense side to practice personal injury and workers compensation defense for four years, giving him valuable inside insight into what it takes to achieve the best results when taking on insurance companies
- Ultimately, however, he missed the satisfaction of delivering results for real people, which brought him back to representing plaintiffs, injured workers, and their families
- Jon has lived in Richmond since 2010
