- Mr. McQuade regularly represents employers before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission in workers’ compensation retaliation matters and also represents municipalities facing heart and hypertension claims
- He also represents employers in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements and in interest and grievance arbitration
