- Julia is an active member of the National Hydropower Association, where she has served as Co-Chair of the Regulatory Affairs Committee and Co-Chair of the Ocean, Tidal, and New Technologies Council (now the Marine Energy Council), and of the Northwest Hydroelectric Association, and Women’s Council on Energy and the Environment
