- Following his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Calvey practiced civil litigation, working for a large insurance defense firm based in New York City and a national insurance defense firm’s Westchester County office, defending complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial involving professional responsibility, products liability, labor and employment, negligent security, and premises liability
- While defending these cases, he obtained favorable results, voluntary discontinuances, and dismissals on behalf of his clients
