- As Plaintiff’s counsel, he has handled numerous general liability and wrongful death matters, complex medical malpractice cases, including catastrophic birth injury, traumatic brain injury, obstetrical malpractice, psychiatric malpractice involving suicide, plastic and reconstructive surgery, infectious diseases, pharmacology, cardiac misdiagnoses, elevator and airplane accidents, construction defect matters, and intellectual property litigation involving misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, copyright infringement, conspiracy, fraud, and violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
