Mr. Collins has taught classes at the Brigham Young University Law School on Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, is a past Chair of the Tax Section of the Utah State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Mr. Collins has been continuously recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 2006, and was named “Lawyer of the Year” in Corporate Law (2015).
