- The day I was formally sworn in as an attorney, the jury handed down a $365,000 verdict for my client
- Recently, attorney Louis J. Meyer and his partner, Daniel P. Kiss received a $1,500, verdict for their client in a civil rights case
- I was born in Woodstock, Illinois
- I received my bachelors degree with Honors at the University of Iowa in 2001
- For my Honors thesis, I authored a psychological study on faulty eye-witness identifications in the criminal justice system
- After graduating from Iowa, I worked two years as a paralegal at a law firm in Woodstock
- After that, I moved to Chicago to attend law school at DePaul

- Eleven were federal civil rights jury trials in Chicago, one in federal court in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- I have also second chaired two criminal jury trials where my client was wrongfully accused of serious felonies
- In both of those cases my clients were found not guilty and have now brought civil rights cases
- I am licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin
