- Megan has significant experience in assisting lenders in negotiating loan workout and settlement agreements with borrowers, representing lenders in foreclosure, bankruptcy and collection cases, post-judgment collections, and reviewing and revising loan documentation
- Additionally, Megan assists clients with drafting and revising wills, trusts, living wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care powers of attorney
- Megan is excited to again expand her knowledge base and will be working with Derek Allen in his representation of craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries across the state
- Megan received her B.A. in Social Studies Education (6-12) with honors from the University of North Florida in 2007 and received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2011
- She is privileged to have been a part of the Indian River Community College Fastpitch Softball team from 2003 to 2005, winning the silver medal in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I Softball Championship tournament with her teammates in 2005
- Megan has called Asheville home since 2011 and lives with her husband, daughter, and dog Atticus
