- In the process, I gained valuable insight into the strategies that large insurance corporations use to reduce the amount of money that victimized people can recover for their injuries in personal injury cases
- I decided to use this knowledge to defend injured people
- Now, at Paul Padda Law, I treat each client with the personal attention I would give to my own family members
- My goal is that clients experience financial, physical and emotional recovery from their injuries so that they can get their disrupted lives back on track and once again pursue their personal, family and career goals
- This larger view of the complete health and wellness of clients must have begun in my early childhood as my father was a cardiologist and my mother a nurse
- After graduating from Yale University with a BA in American studies, I went on to gain my JD (Juris Doctor) degree from William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas where my peers voted me as a person “Most Likely to Host Their Own Courtroom Television Show.” As a judicial extern in Nevada District Court for the Honorable James Bixler, I learned first-hand how the justice system operates and how important it is to have a strong attorney fighting for one’s legal rights
