- Originally from Port Arthur, Mike left Texas to attend Notre Dame and then served his country as an officer in the Navy
- Following his discharge, he returned to Texas to attend law school and began practicing with the Houston firm Weitinger, Steelhammer and Tucker after graduation
- Mr. Hendryx eventually became managing partner and the named changed to Tucker Hendryx
- Mike was also a partner with Strong Pipkin Bissell & Ledyard, LLP for over 21 years
- Mike’s litigation and trial experience is significant
- He has represented clients in litigation involving catastrophic personal injuries, death, and commercial disputes pertaining to pipeline and plant fires and explosions, chemical exposures, environmental contamination and degradation, insurance recovery, workplace accidents, and others
- Recently, Mike worked closely with co-counsel to successfully conclude a substantial Qui Tam/False Claims Act case involving fraud during the war in Afghanistan
