- As part of his litigation practice, Mike also has broad experience with respect to Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) fiduciary class actions and ERISA benefit cases
- Mike has represented several pension plan sponsors, fiduciaries and service providers in a wide variety of ERISA litigation
- In one case, Mike won dismissal of a complaint seeking more than $1.2 million for 35 ERISA plan participants and beneficiaries who alleged wrongful denial of benefits
