- In December of that year, Mr. Novick was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
- Mr. Novick joined the Law office of Milton W. Brown in September of 2001
- The New Jersey Supreme Court has certified Michael as a Civil Trial Attorney and his practice has been focused on personal injury and workers compensation litigation since 1990
