- Since her time in San Francisco, Mitzi has helped numerous companies understand the nuances of various state and local laws and regulations, including California’s Proposition 65, A.B. 1200 on Plant-Based Food Packaging and Cookware, the Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act (SB 54), the Rigid Plastic Packaging and Container Program (RPPC), and the State’s plastic bag legislation
