- Paul's banking and insolvency experience includes recovery work with specific emphasis on facilities secured by land and guarantees, advising liquidators and receivers, and bankruptcy and liquidation cases
- Paul has acted in shareholder disputes, insurance claims (general including all risks policies and professional indemnity), employee-employer disputes (including wrongful dismissal cases), employee fraud cases, international contract claims and sale of goods claims
