- He has handled many high-profile matters dealing with a wide-range of subjects, including simultaneous arbitration and civil litigation relating to the underwriting and financing of a patent enforcement program, internet liability insurance coverage and reinsurance
- He has successfully litigated numerous actions in state and federal courts, including recently overturning a $2.3 million jury verdict based on judicial estoppel
- Mr. Stroili has also prevailed in high-stakes arbitrations, including the successful assertion of no coverage for $97 million in tax liabilities under a tax avoidance plan
