I have been advising companies and private investors on all corporate, capital markets and commercial law matters for more than ten years and am co-head of the transaction advisory group at SNP Schlawien. He specialises in advising on national and cross-border transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, in particular the

• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements for company acquisitions and sales (share deal/asset deal);
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and investment agreements in connection with the acquisition of shareholdings (e.g. financing rounds for start-up companies);
• Conducting legal due diligence reviews and preparing corresponding due diligence reports;
• General corporate and capital markets law advice (e.g. implementation of new corporate structures);
• Examination of general civil law, commercial law and corporate law issues;
• Litigation
