- In the mass tort space, Rachael represents trustees of settlement trusts and qualified settlement funds, advising clients on all aspects of trust and fund administration, including Medicare compliance and related issues
- Rachael also has experience working inside corporate legal departments
- She spent two years "on loan" to one of the firm's largest clients, coordinating the work handled by its outside law firms, including managing litigation-related media attention, cost containment, insurance coverage and operational sustainability issues
- In that role, Rachael came to understand the critical importance of ensuring that a company's legal services providers act as partners with their clients and always are responsive and efficient
