Atty. Richard Alan Levine

• Since admission to the bar in 1986, Rich Levine has earned a reputation for professional excellence in litigation, including personal injury and commercial litigation, corporate formations and transactions (mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases/sales, corporate development), intellectual property (licensing, copyright, and trademark), and estate planning
• Rich has served hundreds of clients within Colorado and California, and several other states as well
• Recent experience includes: two trials with verdicts in excess of 1 million dollars
• development of two medical centers
• successful defense of licensed medical practitioners in both administrative and judicial matters
• advice and implementation of corporate structures (franchise, LLC and C corporations)

• In addition to the practice of law, Rich serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colorado (2005 to Present)
