- Richard also specializes in corporate structuring for his clients including joint venture, partnership and co-ownership arrangements
- Richard works closely with the internal real estate teams and in-house counsel to some of Canada’s largest retail and commercial companies, assisting them with their real estate matters
- After obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005, Richard earned his J.D. degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2009
- Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Richard was active in law school as a case worker for the Western Business Law Clinic where he provided information and services to small start-up and early stage businesses
