- In his third year, he was the Vice-Chairman of the District Ethics Committee

- He has served as Chairperson of the Family Law section of the Bergen County Bar Association at various different points during his career
- He was the Chairperson of the Early Settlement Panel program for the Bergen County Bar Family Law section for a number of years
