- In addition to traditional scripted television and film, he has developed an extensive expertise in the field of reality television, representing several important companies and key talent
- For example, Bob represented Authentic Entertainment on its sale to Endemol, and more recently represented ThinkFactory Media in its acquisition by ITV

- Following his tenure as an executive, Bob co-founded Kleinberg & Lange in 1992 (the predecessor of his current firm) with partner Ken Kleinberg
