- He has served as the County Attorney for the County of Orangeburg and at the present time serves as general counsel for The Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties
- He has served in the capacity of outside general counsel for a number of businesses and has provided counsel to a number of individuals and business entities in the purchase and sale of businesses and of commercial real estate
- He also frequently handles probate matters with both large and small estates
- Currently his areas of focus are in health care, commercial real estate, probate law, commercial and corporate law
- Bob has also been active in his community having served on a number of charitable boards
- He currently serves on the Governor’s School for Arts and Humanities having been appointed by Governor Nikki Haley
