- Roger received his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in Philosophy
- Roger attended Florida International University College of Law, where he built a strong network of South Florida’s youngest and brightest legal talent
- While in law school, Roger worked closely with local intellectual property and entertainment law scholars and attorneys
- After law school, he opened his own boutique law firm focusing on helping rising artists and small businesses protect their visions by employing various areas of the law to create legitimate businesses with closely enforced intellectual property portfolios
- It was during his time working with small businesses that he realized the importance of understanding the litigation process and, more importantly, the value of insurance companies to the stability of any strong business
- Curious to learn more about the insurance industry, Roger brings his unique perspective and passion for ingenuity to the Hightower team, and we’re excited to see how far he will go
