- Represented a governmental entity in its $2.5 billion strategic collaboration with a public healthcare system focused on developing a hospital and cancer treatment facilities.
- Reresented an Ex-NFL seller in an early cash-out transaction concerning the sale of a $150 million furniture company.
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Represented a Houston-based private equity firm specializing in energy, chemical, and industrial sector investments in its all-cash acquisition of a Mexico-based logistics company. The target was a subsidiary of a bankrupt truckload carrier—the largest in U.S. history to file for bankruptcy. As part of the restructuring, the firm injected $165 million to refinance the company's debt before its closure.
- Represented an NYSE-listed S&P 500 real estate investment trust in its $30 million retail transactions involving its majority interest in an unconsolidated joint venture.
- Represented an internationally publicly traded diagnostics company in its acquisition of a testing laboratory.
