  • Trial and litigation work was a great interest of mine even while in law school
  • During my law school years, I interned at the Attorney General’s office in the spring of 1999, working on matters of civil litigation and consumer rights and subsequently, I worked at the Brockton County State Attorney’s Office where I worked in the Domestic Violence Unit, that summer of 1999
  • I was also employed at my law school as a legal research advisor in the spring of 1999, and was involved in such activities as Moot Court in the spring of 1998, as well as an active member of student organizations, including the Minority Students Association from 1997 to 2000, and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity from 1997 to 2000

  • During my years in defense work at United Automobile Insurance Company, I was also employed as their in house counsel, and therefore was responsible for the defense of active litigation files from beginning to end, in which I personally prepared for all court appearances, handled all motions and hearings, performed all discovery, including depositions of various expert witnesses and lay witnesses related to a personal injury protection claim
