- Before joining the practice he worked in a plaintiffs' personal injury firm providing representation in all types of injury cases and later in a labor firm representing union workers in their negligence claims
- He joined Judy Greenwood in practice in 1994 continuing his interest in plaintiffs' personal injury cases
- He finds working for the injured far more rewarding emotionally than working the other side of the fence
