Atty. T. Ryan "Ryan" Darby

Ryan Darby's practice involves a broad range of general litigation and insurance defence matters with a particular emphasis on professional liability claims against accountants, financial planners, and design professionals, and a focus on complex, multi-party litigation. Ryan has extensive trial experience at the British Columbia Supreme Court level. He has also appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice includes appearances before administrative tribunals.

Ryan has prepared coverage opinions on many insurance matters including various directors and officers issues, and resolved claims involving allegations of fraud and negligence against accountants and financial service providers.
