- He has provided guidance on employee benefit and plan issues to clients facing downsizing, lay-offs, mergers, and acquisitions
- Tom has also been extensively involved in the negotiation and closing of tax free mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, taxable stock and asset acquisitions and sales, private offerings of stock, project and asset-based financing, and investment capital infusions
- Tom has advised the firm’s clients regarding the legal aspects of forming their businesses and all aspects of the day-to-day operations and management activities thereafter
