- He also defended hotel and apartment complexes in premises liability and other negligence cases, defended and advised companies in Proposition 65 matters, and represented clients in contractual disputes
- Mr. Borncamp has also been a presenter on trial practice, discovery, document retention policies and witness preparation for numerous corporate clients
- His practice also involves managing national and regional litigation and providing specialized guidance regarding discovery to U.S. and foreign corporate defendants
