- With six years in accounting, Tom felt a strong desire to follow in his family’s law tradition and became a third generation lawyer graduating from Villanova University School of Law in 1996
- While attending law school, Tom clerked for the Honorable James R. Melinson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
- Upon graduation, he began his career as a trial lawyer alongside his uncle, Dan Thistle, Sr. seeking justice for those who were catastrophically injured through no fault of their own
- In 2006, Tom obtained his Master’s degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law
