- Specifically, Mr. MacLeod owned and operated a construction company with focused efforts on residential and light commercial construction from the ground up including project design, coordination with architects and engineers, daily management of all dedicated construction personnel and subcontractors as well as active participation in the project’s construction
- Additionally, Mr. MacLeod was a construction project manager for a well-respected Jacksonville construction company as well as a South Florida finish contractor focusing on light and heavy gauge metal framing, EIFS, stucco, plaster, drywall and all interior finishes
- Mr. MacLeod was responsible for on-site and remote management of projects from conception through project turnover
- He has extensive experience on large-scale commercial development projects with scope-of-work budgets ranging from $500,000 to over $8,000,000
