• Bill has assisted clients in the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and sales of all types of commercial real estate, including:Counseling owners and developers of commercial properties on legal, financial and practical aspects in structuring transactions.Assisting in development, finance and ownership of projects, providing control and ownership planning services in preparing incorporation, partnership, limited liability company and joint venture agreements.Working with purchasers, sellers, lenders and title insurance underwriters in negotiating title insurance and specialized coverages, assisting lenders in complex and structured financing transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, creditors’ rights issues, mechanic’s liens and workouts of defaulted loans.Active clients include companies involved in the development, finance, use and ownership of a diverse range of commercial properties including office buildings, retail shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, office/warehouse projects, multi-family properties, restaurants and assisted living facilities.Bill works closely with all of the Firm practice groups in the areas of structuring construction and development agreements, documenting and settling construction, development and real estate disputes and related litigation
