- In 1991, Bill opened the Utah County office for the Salt Lake City law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, serving as managing attorney for three years before forming his own firm in Provo in 1994, now known as Fillmore Spencer LLC. Corporate, commercial and business law Bill engages in a general corporate and business practice and handles purchase, sale and merger matters, debt and equity financing transactions, technology licensing, and commercial real estate matters
