I have a d felony for neglect of a dependant i successfully completed probation. How do i get it expunged?

My ex husband solicited a minor in my home while i was drunk and asleep i took a plea for a d felony neglect of a dependant time served 1 and a half years probation. I completed this successfully with no problems no re arresting no trouble period. I was convicted in 2007 or 2008. and no criminal problems after how do i get this expunged?

You cannot. You may wish to consult a local criminal defense attorney to learn whether you may be eligible for limiting access to your criminal history.
You are not eligible for expungement of your felony conviction. In Indiana you can only expunge criminal records if you were not guilty.
Eight years after you completed your sentence you may be eligible to have access to your record restricted to law enforcement agencies under IC 35-38-8.
It sounds like it has probably been more than three years since you completed your sentence, so you may be eligible to convert your felony conviction record to a Class A misdemeanor record under IC 35-50-2-7. I am attaching a form petition you can use.
