Do they drug test on unsupervised probation?

I was arrested a while back for having less than 2 grams of weed. I was recently put on non-reporting or unsupervised probation. I passed the previous drug test that i had while i was on supervised. This is my first offense and my officer says she will never meet with me again unless i catch her attention somehow. Will she still randomly drug test me? Also if they can still randomly test me, will they notify me that i need to report or will they just randomly show up at my house?

Check your probation documents. They such specify exactly what is expected of you. Typically when you are on "paper" unsupervised or otherwise you are to be UA'd or can have a home visit at anytime (random)

You should always assume you may be tested anytime you are on probation.

I agree with the other posts -- you should expect that you can be "randomly" (without notice) be tested at any time you are on probation. The best way to prepare for this -- just follow the terms and conditions of your probation order. I know that is easier said, then possibly done in some situations. But frankly, if you do follow the terms and conditions of probation, you should not have any problems -- regardless whether you or randomly tested or not. Good luck.
