Can H1B visa holder study Online MBA (Part time or Full time)?

I am currently on H1B and working as Business Analyst and I want to pursue higher education as MBA.
1) I am wondering can I go for Online MBA (Part time) without changing my visa from H1 to F1?
2) Online MBA have same value as in-person class room MBA?
3) Once I will finish my Online MBA it will consider or acceptable by USCIS on filling Green Card Under EB2 category by my employer?
Need your guidance for the same.

2) Yes. Once you succesfully complete all the required courses and exams, you will obtain a diploma or degree that looks like everyone else's who attended regular classes on campus, there will be no difference in the diploma (only the name of the school, if one of those "mickey mouse" universities could be the giveaway, not your MBA itself, but just the name of the institution. Thus, carefully research the reputation of that university before you spend a lot of money on it.
3) No. Not with your present employer, since you are supposed to have had your degree PRIOR to coming to work for the petitioning employer, UNLESS, of course, it's a different employer than the one you have now who will be applying for you, AFTER you graduate and obtain your MBA.
