You may have a probation violation and/or warrant pending for you in Florida due to failure to complete certain conditions of your sentence. If you had an attorney for this offense, you should contact them to find out the status. Otherwise, contact the court in Florida to check on your status with them. You may need to hire an attorney from Florida to help you get things straightened out.

You need to determine your status with the court. If you had an attorney, I would contact them immediately to find out where you stand. If not, contact the court and see if there is a warrant and determine where you stand. If there is a warrant, I would hire an attorney in the city where you went to court to help you get it all resolved.

Contact the attorney who represented you, and see if he or she can contact the court on your behalf. If you were not represented, contact the court directly, or ask your daughter to assist you in doing so. Once you know what you are facing, you can begin to address each condition of your sentence and put this behind you.
