I hope you don't mind, but I've taken the liberty of adding the tag "Ohio" to your question, so some lawyers from there will be able to help you.
When you say you "just got a dui in Colorado"; do you mean you were just charged or you have been to your DMV hearing and you know you will have an Interlock for two years? If you just received a DUI charge, then immediately talk to a few DUI attorneys and get some advice. If you know you have the interlock for two years; contact an Ohio attorney and see what he or she says about getting a license in Ohio and whether or not you can continue with the Interlock. What usually happens is your new state, Ohio, will follow the ruling of Colorado and therefore your Colorado license may be revoked already or you may anticipate it getting revoked and then Ohio may adopt that revocation. Contact a DUI attorney in Ohio and speak with that lawyer about what Ohio may do. Good luck!
As Ms. Tomey suggested, if you have not been convicted of anything and have yet to have your DMV hearing, please contact an attorney first. If you already have lost your DMV hearings, it may be possible to continue to have your interlock on your car while you were in Ohio. These situations are very fact specific and you want me to discuss this with a lawyer. Many of us offer a free initial consultation. Call one or two lawyers and see if we can help.
