Can i apply for asylum to bring my mother to the U.S?

My parents made me move to the U.S last year to be safe and away from all the crime and violence, my uncle was murder by a cartel last year and my family sent me to hide and be safe. I am a US citizen, and i don't want my mother living in a dangerous place where you cant even go to school or where they force you to join the cartel. My parents sacrificed their life for mine and its been really hard i don't have a job i dont have a place to live, i live with my boyfriend's parents. I don't have enough money left and it scares me every time i hear about the stuff that is happening done where my family is living. I don't have 3 years to wait and turn 21. I need my mother here safe with me.I have two other brothers living with my mom but they are US citizens also its just my mom who needs help

No one can apply for asylum for another person. One can only apply for asylum for herself.
You cannot file an asylum claim on another's behalf. If your mom comes to the United States she can apply for asylum herself, but it's unclear in these facts how strong her asylum claim would be. General violence is not enough for asylum.
Or, if your brothers are over 21, they can establish residence in the US and petition for her. One way or another, she should be able to join you eventually. Good luck.
If your parents are outside the country when you turn 21 in three years, and are not working through a long-term ban, you will find it very straightforward to sponsor them immediately to come to you. Although you are scared about what is happening back home, the best thing you can do is focus on your own situation, go back to school if you have to, get a stable job, and start saving. You will have to show that you are earning a reasonable (but not large) wage when you bring them over, and there will be fees to pay. Plan now so that you are ready in 3 years time. You help them by helping yourself. They are resourceful people, and if they know that you are well and they have a safe future, they know what to do to be careful for just a short time longer. Good luck!!!!
Your 21 y.o. US citizen brothers can apply for your mother's (and father's) green card. She would wait for a decision in her country and go through a consular processing. But, as an immediate relative, she can receive her permanent residency approval very soon, if petition contains all required supporting documents. Note: your USC brother(s) have to meet income requirements to qualify to be her sponsor.
All great answers. I would cap it by saying talk to an immigration attorney.
