Wife and I separated 10 years ago, living apart that whole time in separate states, what are my options for divorce?

Looking for a non fault divorce. She is willing to do a no contest divorce.

If you have lived apart for that long you are eligible for a divorce based upon the separation. If both parties are willing to do a no contest divorce it can be fairly quick and painless. I would love to speak with you about this, as would most attorneys in this area of law.

I would highly recommend you contact the previous lawyer. You have nothing to lose by doing so. Good luck.

If she is in agreement then an uncontested, no-fault divorce should be rather straight forward. If you no longer share any assets or property, this is something you can do without an attorney. Most Circuit Court clerk offices have a pamphlet on pro se divorces. However, if you still have property to dispute, or you believe your wife may seek alimony, I would consider speaking to an attorney.
