Am i off probation yet or what?

It usually takes longer than a few weeks. If your probation was eligible to be terminated early, you may need an attorney to file a motion to terminate the probation based on the PO saying everything has been completed.

From what you describe, you still have a year and a half remaining on your probationary sentence. There is only so much guidance you can get from attorneys who have not seen your order of sentence. However, in most cases, you must observe whatever conditions the court imposed for the full term unless you apply for early termination. You would be best off seeking an attorney's assistance to make that application. If you pled guilty and the negotiation resulted in your accepting a probationary sentence of three years, early termination is unlikely. Courts generally rule that the prosecution is entitled to the benefit of its original bargain. Fulfillment of obligations and the absence of violations will help your application, but does not guarantee early termination. Because I am not licensed to practice in your jurisdiction all I can suggest is this: maybe you should courteously reach out to your probation officer again and ask him nicely about what your status is. I would never suggest just assuming that all is well though because if you're wrong in your assumption you could end up having worse problems than being delayed in getting off probation.
