I rented a unit that I feel was falsely advertised. I have to move and I want to now what my rights are?

The ad for the unit stated that it has a tub/shower combination. I have pictures of the ad stating this. The ad also showed pictures of the unit, but the picture of the bathroom was just of the toilet not the entire room, which I think is deceiving since the ad then states it has a tub/shower. The unit was occupied so I viewed the unit next to it (only 3 units in complex) and was told they had the same layout. Upon moving in I find that the unit only has a shower. This may be small, but I have two dogs and I would NEVER have rented a unit without a tub to wash them in. I want to know if this is considered false advertising? If it is false advertising can I be refunded my Security Deposit and first months rent?
