Is there some form tenants can use to communicate with the landlord after being served a 3 day notice to cure violations or quit

The violations were:
Additional person in the apartment without the landlords approval
Additional pet inside the apartment without the landlords approval
Excessive fighting and use of vulgar language where minor children are subjected to it
My landlord refuses to allow me to cure the violations, admitted to me that he wasn't going to accept a cure, and ignored my emails when telling him how I had cured the violations. Now he says that the only agreement he will except is to give me my deposit back if I agree to vacate within 7 days.
The owner apparently believes the stories the manager (who lives above me) is telling him. The owner never asked to hear my side or ever talked to me. The manager may be angry because I complained about his snoring the 2nd day I moved in.
