Threatening statements

I work for a corporation and I would like to know if it is legal to be threatened to stay at work when it is very dangerous ICE conditions on the roads . I was threatened with having a days pay taken away and threatened to be written up .hence I did not make it home and was almost in an accident due to being sequestered to the office
please respond ASAP .
