My father has the same name as me and opened a mortgage and also obtained a car loan in my name how can i resolve this?

I went on creditkarma.com to see if i had a credit score and upon filling out for my free credit report it states that i have a a mortgage and car loans that i personally never got. My father is using my name to get all kinds of loans. I want to know what i have to do in order to get all this stuff off of me and on him. i want to fight this as soon as possible so my credit doesn't get anymore messed up. Isn't this credit theft?
