Child support

im getting letters from three different support buildings in az all saying i owe different amounts. do these oficess ever contact eachother or even work off the same data base. or am i being scamed. the place my payments go to even says i still owe same amount as from the start of support.iv called all of them. cant get past machines answering phones.please help me?
