I was just wondering if instead of a monetary value, can you sue for someone's termination of their employment?

Are you asking if you can sue a company to force them to fire another employee? If that is the question the answer is NO.
In a word NO.
That is not one of the various statutory or common law remedies.
The person you try to get fired can countersue you for intentional interference with their employment. Consult an attorney before complaining about a coworker.
