Are the CC&R's recorded on my land enforceable?

At the time of the redecoration of the CC&R's the corporation (corp B) that claimed ownership in the recorded CC&R's for our subdivision did not control any of the land (lots) in our subdivision. They fraudulently claimed ownership and recorded the CC&R's. This is all supported by dated quitclaim deeds. All of the land was still owned by another corporation (Corp A) for 6months. My lot was owned by the original corporation (Corp A) and then quit claimed to Mr. Smith. So my lot was never controlled by the corporation (Corp B) that claimed ownership at the time of document recording. Both of the corporations were controlled by Mr. Smith but Corp B absolutely did not control any of the land at the time the document was recorded.
