I received a ticket for non registration and fix it ticket is due soon but my car requires more mileage to pass smog what to do?

I was given a moving permit from DMV to service my car and smog checked to complete process to get my registration, i received a non registration ticket even after showing proof of permit, my court due date is coming up soon and i completed all work needed but each time i take my car in for a smog check they tell me that more mileages are needed in ordered to be smogged .I already received an extension what should i do?

Either go to court and explain exactly this or hire an attorney to do so. You may want to independently look up on the Internet the basis for the garage telling you more mileage is necessary for a smog check so the judge appreciates is more and finds your explanation more credible.

Go to court and request an extension. I've never heard of a car needing MORE mileage to pass a smog check, but....
